Alice Cooper Easy Action US copy A1/B1 with original Burbank inner sleeve

Matrix (etched) 39648 WS 1845 A -1D / 39648 WS 1845 B -1D with Alice Barry etched on S2
Easy Action was the second album by Alice Cooper, released by Straight Records in March 1970. The title comes from a line from one of the band's favourite films, the musical West Side Story.
Olive green labels with just the WB logo (no Straight logo). The sleeve incorrectly lists track B4 with a length of 7:30 and B5 with a length of 3:00.
Sleeve: US heavy cardboard (non-laminated) gatefold sleeve. Pretty good condition (compared with many) no rips, splits or writing, all edges and spine true, light age related scuffing and minor ringwear, three small surface scuff marks on bottom rear cover only (see photos) graded VG+
Original Burbank inner sleeve, two creases and split down one side Good + comes in brand new polylined inner sleeve
Labels: Grooved Olive Green WB labels, couple of spindle marks (see photos) strong EX-
Vinyl: Visually both sides continue to retain their original gloss - couple of very light wispy surface lines S1 caused by sleeve removal, couple of surface scuffs only, nothing of which interferes with listening S1 graded EX- S2 EX
Audio: Plays through clean, no pips, pops or crackle, although there is some light static in between tracks - nothing obtrusive - graded EX- /EX
I have tried to be honest and transparent in my description - the photographs form part of the description. Questions are welcome, don't hesitate to ask. I am a collector of 45+ years the few records I sell are either the results of upgrades, duplicates or in this case a bit of thinning every now and again. If anything is not as expected, please contact me straight away, and I will do everything to resolve any problems without argument.
I strictly adhere to the Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide using one + or - for addition guidance:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little (no) lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
