Description
This item is the triple album radio show of Alice Cooper entitled What's It All About Alice? The radio show is dated 1976, and it includes extensive interviews with Alice Cooper from the VERY beginning up to the date of the radio show. This program was produced by Alive Enterprises, which is Shep Gordon's company - and is (or was at the time) Alice Cooper's management! It was produced by Jim Cahill and Denny Vosburgh. The radio show is six sides long (hand-numbered, as shown in the photos), and contains NO commercial breaks. I believe (but I'm not positive) that it has a complete playing time of two hours. The records come in a generic white sleeve, and there was no cue sheet included with this. The label on the first LP side of this set has some what appears to be mildew damage; it is discolored and stained, but is NOT peeling off at all. The other five labels are all perfect and intact. The records have some slight age discoloration in spots that causes a minor amount of background crackling occasionally, but this recording is absolutely listenable with no distractions at all. Otherwise, the records have no scratches, scuff marks, or any other signs of dirt or abuse whatsoever. This doesn't appear to have had an issue number; the bottom of the record labels reads "@1976 Alive Enterprises, Black Widow Inc., Ezra Music, Jim Cahill." This set has to be among the holy grails of Alice Cooper collectables, and would hold a treasured place in any collection. Minimum bid is $5.00 with no reserve!
