This is Original Sound Track from the film "ALL THIS AND WORLD WAR II" featuring the songs of Lennon and McCartney as recorded and contains minor variations from the copyrighted work to meet the artistic requirements of the performers. The album reached number 23 on the UK Albums Chart, and number 48 on the Billboard Top 200. Elton John’s rendition of "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds", when previously released as a single in 1974, had been a US number one hit. Rod Stewart’s version of "Get Back" was subsequently released and became a UK hit single. "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" was Frankie Laine's last single to hit the Billboard Hot 100 chart, where it peaked at #86. This 2 record gatefold Deluxe Limited Edition box features a full color 32-page booklet with movie artwork and lyrics. The Records are auto-coupled, side A/D (record 1) and side B/C (record 2). This radio/promo copy (upper right corner cut) was distributed without shrink wrap, but overall this never opened...never played vinyl is in excellent condition with clean cover, booklet, original sleeves and clean vinyl.
