The Allman Brothers Live At Fillmore East 1971 Atlantic Records UK two record set authentic first pressing variant.
You haven’t heard this album until you’ve heard this British pressing...It’s a mesmerizing experience. You feel like your there...These British pressings are very hard to come by, especially in this condition.
I don’t have to mention how incredible this Allman Brothers Live At Fillmore East record is, to MANY people it’s the best live record (2 LP’s) ever made and it’s hard to dispute it......The band in TOP form and we are all fortunate enough that these historic Fillmore East concerts were recorded.
I missed these concerts unfortunately, but I didn’t miss their return to the Fillmore that June, they played till daylight...They were never the same without Duane, he was not only the leader of the band, he was its heart.
The records grade from Excellent+ to Near Mint...Just about impossible to find better.
Record One (Side One): A/1 1 25 “Statesboro Blues” Grades Ex+ there is a tiny 5mm mark that 4 light ticks.. ....The rest of the side is Near Mint.
*Record Two (Side One): A/1 1 14 “You Don’t Love Me” A is etched out and B is etched in and etched out with A etched in...Grades Near Mint-.
Record Two (Side Two): B/3 1 14 “Hot ‘Lanta” A etched out and B etched in and it grades Near Mint-.
Record One (Side Two): “Whipping Post” B/1 1 16 Grades Near Mint- to Near Mint. The MacNeil Press Ltd. gatefold UK record cover grades Excellent+ to the beautiful Near Mint inner (see scans).
Comes with the original inner sleeves.
