Altern-8 (1992, Los Angeles) Their first U.S. appearance advert. flyer w/ PROMO Flexi-Disc record. EXTREMELY RARE ! - One of only 8 copies known to have survived & reported as owned on Discogs (This copy is listed there also.) MINT Condition -never played (still stapled to original, hi-gloss heavy card stock event flyer).  It has been kept in a smoke-free home, safely filed away.  See my photos of the actual item, along with (unstapled) stock images.
