"Music on a Long Thin Wire" was commissioned in 1977 by Donald Funes for the Live Electronic Music Ensemble of the Crane School of Music, State University College of New York at Potsdam.The composer wishes to express his appreciation to John Fullemann and Douglas Simon for their help in making this work and to Ned Sublette for his assistance in preparing this album.
These recordings were made by the composer on May 10, 1979 in the Rotunda of the U.S. Custom House, Bowling Green, NY City.
‘Mastered At Europadisk’ stands for a ‘Plated At’ role.

Please note: All of the items that I sell are from my own personal collection.
This is a large collection (that I have maintained and added to for well over 40 years),
that I am now divesting, due to mounting medical bills.
I, am not a store, or a business.
I am a private collector, selling off large parts of my personal collection.
Please Note: Despite a major surgery that I had a while ago, I am still dealing
with a lot of extreme complications and chronic disability.
As a result, this sometimes gets in the way of my e-baying.
So, if my turn around time takes a lot longer then most sellers,
(I have a 30 day shipping window) I really do apologize in advance.
I know it is a (potentially) long delivery window,
and you may want to consider this before bidding.
Also, I always ship items in proper shipping packaging, with padding
or packing peanuts or cardboard bracing as needed. I use whatever is
required in order to try and get it safely through the worldwide mail
systems. As a result, there is a small (cost) fee for the packaging materials
that I get from Box City, in order to safely ship the items.
Also, please understand this in advance, I use the e-bay calculator to
figure out postage. Sometimes, it is wrong, and presents a cost that is
higher then the actual cost at the post office. If and when this is the case,
I always refund the difference.
Please Note: Overseas Packages that go through the Customs system,
can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to Process and Deliver, This IS Normal.
For Russia and the Middle East, this can take even longer and is
completely out of my control, so please be patient.
