Record is VG to VG+:  Record visually deserves a grade of "VG".  Record plays through and for the most part sounds great!!!  Some audible surface noise here and there but nothing overwhelming or overly repetitive.  Side one has a few repetitive clicks before the last track but it falls in between tracks.  A very respectable copy of an extremely rare gem!!!! 

Cover is VG:  Seam splitting and tape on all 3 seams.  Look at pictures
