Buyers Terms & Conditions

1. Total Sales Price: The total sales price of an item includes (i) the price of the item (ii) packing, shipping transportation and insurance charges. See item detail for more information.
2. Methods of Payments: Acceptable forms of payment are listed in item detail.
3. Payment Due: Buyer shall communicate with Seller within three (3) days of the completion of the auction. Complete payment is due upon receipt of notification of a successful bid and shall be received by the Seller no later than 10 days following the end of auction. Title shall pass to the Buyer once payment in full has been made. All shipping charges will be borne by the Buyer.
4. Shipping Charges: Rates are based on shipping a single item. Purchasing multiple items results in multiple shipping charges--there are no "per shipment" and "per item" charges. See Item detail for more information.
5. Inquiries: Please email Seller for specific questions regarding listed items. Answers will be provided in a timely fashion. I can provide more and detail photos, reference and provenance information on most lots.
6. Guarantee Terms: All items are sold as described. No statement regarding condition, kind, value or quality of a lot shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty, representation or assumption of liability by the Seller. If an item is materially different than was described, Buyer shall have 7 days from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 7 day period all items are considered as is, without recourse. Refund Policy is as described in item detail page.
7. The foregoing guarantee is only valid to the original buyer. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when purchased. Discrepancies of description shall be decided by mutually agreed upon experts whose determination must be in writing and is at the expense of the Buyer.

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Returns accepted for full money back or store credit. Only item value will be refunded for returns. Cost of shipping item back is the responsibility of the Buyer. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Item must be in original condition and returned within 7 days from date of receipt per USPS Delivery Confirmation.
