As shown, this is a 1954 promo one sided LP with an accompanying signed letter on their letterhead.

The record appears to have decent sheen and is labeled ‘not for broadcast’. The condition would be VG+ having some superficial scuffs as well as a few scratches. The letter alludes to this being a collector’s item, a brief search for the recipient’s name proved unfruitful.
