André LEVY (cello) and André COLLARD (piano) perform various chamber pieces.
On LD 1-432 A : MASSENET (Clair de Lune de Werther) / OFFENBACH (Barbacolles…) / LISZT (Reve d’amour) / LES BATELIERS DE LA VOLGA
On LD 1-433 A : GODARD (Berceuse de Jocelyn) / SAINT-SAENS (Le cygne) / CHOPIN (Tristesse) / GRIEG (Chanson de Solveig)
This is the complete set of 2 45 rpm (EPs) issued by LUMEN, the reunion of the 2 covers showing a cello (see picture). They are individually very rare, the complete set being close to impossible to find nowadays, in any condition.
LD 1-432 A:
COVER is VG++ : no damage (no tear , no writing), only light general aging wear
RECORD is difficult to grade : some superficial marks, some dust. It plays with constant background noise, occasional (rare) tics and one brief skip on side 1. Assuming some tolerance for background noises, I would go for VG- Probably a careful cleaning could improve the quality.
LD 1-433 A :
COVER is VG++ too : no damage (no tear , no writing), light general aging wear
RECORD condition is slightly better than the 432 A : some superficial marks, some dust. It plays with (almost) constant background noise, occasional (rare) tics. Assuming some tolerance for background noises, I would go for VG Probably a careful cleaning could also improve the quality.
