This rare double LP by Andrew Dice Clay titled "The Day The Laughter Died" features 33 RPM speed and high-fidelity sound, produced by Rick Rubin, it’s been called the audiophile comedy record. This first pressing, vinyl comes in a cardboard sleeve with the shrink, original price sticker and hype sticker intact and includes the original inner sleeves.

My copy is a beautiful archival pressing. You will want this record. I bought a collection of 1980’s hip hop and comedy records from a man who kept his stuff in pristine condition. Kept all his records in their original cellophane with the hype stickers intact. He maybe played his records once and then kept them stored in sleeves in optimal condition. This record is beautiful but I will disclose all that is wrong which is not much. The records all play beautifully and have barely any noticeable surface noise, even on the lead ins between tracks which is remarkable for a comedy record.

The shrink on the record cover is still strong but is starting to get a little loose around the opening, the bottom right corner is starting to come undone but nothing bad. The cover and the records look perfect and the inner sleeves have minimal wear including slight intentions from storing the vinyl. There is what might be a slight water mark on the top of one of the inner sleeves but nothing remarkable. The label on side 2 seems to be pasted a little off center. The record hole is centered and plays fine but the label is slightly off. Please see photos and if you want more detailed photos of anything please ask.

All my records come from my personal collection. I have been collecting over 25 years and always send my records in secure record mailers with protection. This record will be insured by the seller and the buyer only needs to cover shipping.
