Description
Andy Fairweather Lowe: Be Bop ’N’ Holla . It is on 2 LPs (1 sided LPs - songs on one side only). The track listing is different than the regular release. Each record is 220g each. The total package with the sleeve and packaging weights 780 g. I mention this because this will increase the mailing cost. (The equivalent of mailing 3 LPs).
The track release on the regular issue is:
.Shimmie-Doo-Wah-Sae
*Ain't No Fun Anymore
.Da Doo Rendezvous
.Hot Poop
.Travellin’ Light
.Rocky Racoon
.Lighten Up
.I Can't Take Much More
.Rhythm 'N’ Jazz
.Checking Out The Checker
*Be Bop 'N’ Holla
The track order on this pressing is:
Side One:
.Travelling Light
.Lighten Up
.Can’t Take Much More
.Rhythm ’N Jazz
**Putting On The Style
.Shimmie Doo Wah Sae
Side Two:
.Rocky Racoon
**If I Ever Get Lucky
.Da Do Rendezvous
.Checking Out The Checker
.Hot Poop
I don’t have the actual commercially released LP but based on the track listing there appears to be some differences:
Ain’t No Fun Anymore & Be Bop ’n’ Holla are not on the test pressing. Putting On The Style and If I Ever Get Lucky are on the test pressing but not the actual LP.
If I Ever Get Lucky did eventually get released as a bonus track on “Wide Eyed And Legless: The A&M Recordings” released in 2004 on Edsel.
Putting On The Style appeared as a live version on his 2015 live LP “Live from The New Theatre - Cardiff”. The song recently appear on his 2017 LP “Listen Here”. I don’t know if this is the same version as on the test pressing.
Both LPs on the test pressing appeared to have been played very little as the vinyl is shiny. There is one scuff that doesn’t effect play. Overall: Near Mint
Combined Shipping: If you buy more than one record I combine shipping costs. In this case I will send you an E-BAY invoice including total combined shipping costs.
