VG. Please note that this is mega rare mock up cover and is a simple fold over affair. The top and bottom edges are not meant to be sealed. There were probably only a dozen or so ever made.

NM. As test pressing like these were only meant to be played once or twice to make sure all was OK before a full print run, they tend to be in great condition. This one looks like it may not have been played at all.Notes
