Epic LC 3152 — original mono LP (gold label w/black spokes) Condition A good looking album, with the record appearing nearly pristine in natural light with full gloss & no spindle marks. Examined directly under a bright light, the LP is in VG+ to EX condition with several small non-feelable surface marks that likely have little to no impact during playback. The laminated cover remains bright & shinny & in EX condition, with a somewhat scraped/bumped/nicked area in lower left corner & some rubbing. The vertical line in the lower right corner IS NOT a mark on the cover, but is a slightly lifted area of the lamination. Along the right edge, the lamination is lifted slightly. On the rear, the previous owner drew a line across the catalog number with an light orange colored magic marker. Info A hard-to-find album with the beautiful Andy Warhol cover. Mr. Smeterlin, a student of the master pianist/composer Leopold Godowsky, was a noted Chopin specialist. And the composer Karol Szymanowski dedicated some of his piano works to Mr. Smeterlin. Shipment for 1 standard sized LP in the 48 continental states via Media Mail is $4.90, which includes the cost of shipping materials. LPs weighing 180 grams or greater, gatefold covers, box sets, & multiple LPs will likely increase this fee. Shipment via Priority Mail, which some feel incurs less mischief while in transit, is available within the USA as an extra cost option. Payments must clear prior to shipment.
