I am listing 16 records tonight. They are all from the same estate and I do not believe they have been offered for sale or auction before. I am listing records that are all hopefully interesting to audiophiles and lovers of classical music, I could not find a few online so some may be rare. I have done my best to describe them and have spent the last three days preparing the auctions. I have not cleaned any of them so they may need a gentle dust off before playing. I have examined each wearing gloves and under bright light - when I had to I would play and listen to either a whole album or parts with a clean needle. I have included many images of each lot but if you have any questions or requests please just let me know. I will do what I can on my end to answer any questions. I can combine to some extent with shipping but I will want to pack them well. I understand that with records condition is everything so I will do everything I can to assure that they arrive as they are now. I will be able to send them out three to four days after the auctions end. If I can I will send them sooner but most likely it will be 4 days after. Record / The Gramophone Company Ltd. Hayes Middlesex England / ACA 30 (ACA30) Matrix #'s - side 1 - xax 524-3n side 2 - xax 525-3n Cover Condition - Overall bright and clean with 2 1.5 inch closed tears at right record entry side edge, right side has laminate peel, some laminate peel at left side and left side edge spine has some rubbing and chipping of paper. Lower edge has some rubbing as well with small bump closer to right bottom corner. Rear has original small paper square price tag at upper right corner. Record entry left side has some wear with 2 inch closed tear near bottom. Far left corner area of flap has small fold / crease. Cover has obvious damage but looks clean and has glossiness. Inner Sleeve - Original plastic sleeve. Record Condition - I believe the record would be graded at just Very Good. I can hear some tics and surface noise at times. Side one has several lines - I am unsure if they would be considered scuffs or scratches but when played through you can hear a low pop now and then. They look worse then they sound I think. I say this because one runs through a very quiet part and it does not sound to me like a scratch which should repeat. Side 2 is very clean - side 2 plays like a very good++ but to be careful I would call the record a very good. Absolutely no skips or jumps. notes - Note by Andrew Porter.
