*NEAR MINT* UK 1966 1st MONO PRESSING
My listings this week include some gems which were amongst an extremely well looked after classical collection I recently acquired.All were played just once or twice at most on high-end equipment & stored in ideal smoke-free conditions for over 40 years.
This pristine copy from the above collection is the blue & yellow Columbia label: SX 6035
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text & 'Gramophone Co. Ltd..' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible in the centre of the side 2 label.
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex' rice-paper lined inner.
Matrix numbers: XAX 3040-1 & XAX 3040-1
Stamper numbers: 1/G & 1/A

An immaculate set with just 2 or 3 light spindle trails to each centre hole
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine, 'as new' deep-glossy surfaces which are totally unmarked in strong daylight with just the faintest is wispy paper hairlines directly beneath my halogen desk lamp.
I really struggled to find any traces of wear on this outstanding copy which will not require upgrading or disappoint the most demanding collector.

All the hit UK mono mixes are here on this barely played copy. Everything sounds 'as new' throughout with no discernable audible faults or wear.

An outstanding example with a totally unmarked and unscratched high-gloss front laminate which bears no 'thumbnails' or any other wear.
All corners and opening edges are undamaged, as is the perfectly white & untarnished rear panel.
All flipbacks, seams and the spine are in perfect condtion and undamaged.

Crisp & clean with just slight storage creasing only.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp based on UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
- All the photos in this listing have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.
- All records are professionally & securely in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
