Description
Ann Arbor Blues and Jazz Festival 1972 Classic Records 45 RPM NM. This is a set of 8 single-sided 45 rpm records. The vinyl, jackets and box are in near mint condition. There is a tiny bit of yellowing on the front of the box due to age. I am the original owner. All 8 records have been thoroughly cleaned with a 3-step process (enzymes, wash and rinse.)
These are wonderful performances. If you are a Chicago blues fan, this box set will especially please you. The album line-up includes: Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Luther Allison, Junior Walker &The All Stars, Dr. John, Johnny Shines, Mighty Joe Young, Bonnie Raitt, Hound Dog Taylor, Koko Taylor, Lucille Spann. There is also a notable Sun Ra performance with excellent sound quality. In fact, all the performances are well-recorded.
