With regards grading of record condition we strive to provide an honest and fair assessment of the records we are selling, accepting that when buying online you cannot closely inspect the record as you might in a physical record store.
Our records are graded visually under strong light. We also play each record to assess audio quality. Therefore, our grading takes into account both audio and visual condition; and we would rather cautiously under-grade a record than over-grade it.
Of course, if not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund (buyer pays return shipping)
Not new to eBay selling, we ran an online retail business for several years. Now retired and downsizing; and selling off items via personal eBay account.
