Very rare, private label LP. I can't say for certain this is signed, but there are signatures on the front and back that are signed "Pat" (in quotation marks). On the front is "I love you. Fondly yours, "Pat"." On the back, on a photo, is written "Your loving daughters' pal, "Pat." The cover is in rough shape, with a full seam split on bottom, and nearly full split on the top (8.75"). Sticker removal residue on the front. The vinyl has surface marks, and a slight warp that doesn't affect playback. No skips.
