Anthony Braxton-"This Time" LP. You are bidding on a copy of brilliant saxophonist/composer Anthony Braxton's super rare 1970 LP "This Time..." issued on the BYG label's Actuel series. This album features performances by an all star crew including W. Leo Smith on trumpet, flute, etc., the amazing Leroi Jenkins on violin, and Steve McCall on drums. Braxton switches between alto/soprano saxophones, flute, clarinet, and others. This universally acclaimed LP features a mix of Braxton's more composition-oriented approach and his bandmates' own Chicago-style rocking out. A truly outstanding record that I wouldn't sell if I didn't absolutely have to. Vinyl: NM; Sleeve: NM/VG(great shape but shows slight signs of yellowing).
