Description

So, this might be the most interesting thing I've ever owned of which I didn't have signed personally, but given my autograph knowledge and research as you all should do before purchasing, this is very real, and rare. I picked this up awhile ago from consignment Tiki/Horror store.  They had no other signatures in this place.  I left, and then I went back in to get this thing.   
There is a lot to qualify rare here, but as I have a ton of signed vinyl, and unlike his books, you have an opportunity to frame a front cover.  It's the 10" , and I'm sure you can find a 10" frame, or get one made nice enough to compliment it.   I really didn't know how to price this, so I have decided to make it an auction.  
Last, the back side of the album I forgot to take a photo of, so I took a picture off the net.  Overall, the album is in great condition.  Read condition section on eBay.
