Description
This is a mono LP featuring cellist Antonio Janigro playing Bach Cello Suite No. 2 In D Minor And No. 6 In D Major For Unaccompanied Cello. The record was made in the US in 1957 and issued on the Westminster label as WL 5348. The vinyl is visually in VG+ condition with some visible light scuffs, while the cover is in VG / VG+ condition due to a centre split to the bottom seam. I’ve played it and there are some light background tics particularly at the beginning of side 2 as well as vinyl noise elsewhere, and although much of the record sounds clean, I’m conservatively grading it as VG. I’ve cleaned the record with the Disc Doctor’s Miracle Record Cleaner so the vinyl may improve after a few plays.
