Communication We answer emails daily but sometimes can take up to 24 hours to reply.
Shipping time We ship daily Monday - Friday but have no control over the package once it leaves our hands.
Shipping and handling charges We sometimes over estimate charges but tweak each one before we ship and will issue a refund to the buyer. If charges seem to high please let us know before hand so we may help.

Paypal will only guarantee payment if we ship USPS Express which is very expensive.We will gladly use lower priced services if the buyer will send an email for record that states that we are only responsible for verifying the item has shipped.
