The 77 first copies came with a 42x30 cm black/white poster, signed by Stephan Groth, Torro Sollie and Per Aksel Lundgreen. Note that this is not necessarily number 1 - 77, as they were not sold in numerical order. 100 posters where printed and signed, and the last 23 copies were given away to the band, the record company and given away as prizes.
