Description

This is a rare 33 rpm LP record titled “My Loving Heart (Lahn El Wafa)”, aka “The Song of Faithfulness”, an Egyptian movie starring Abdel Halim Hafez and Shadia.  The film was released in 1955, and I assume that this record dates to around the same time.  It was issued on the Orient label as LPO 111 - it is a US mono pressing.  Orient Records was founed in 1934 by Lebanese immigrant Albert Rashid, who also has the largest Arab record store in the US. The vinyl is in near mint condition - it plays with no noticeable noise and sounds great.  The sleeve, however, is fully split along the bottom seam and partially split along the top seam, so would grade a Good/Very Good.  It came from the estate of a record company executive of Middle Eastern descent, so the vinyl was very well cared for.

This is a rare record to find, especially in this condition - great acquisition!

Please note that shipping is free on fixed price store items within Canada and the 48 contiguous US States.  In the case of an accepted offer, shipping costs will be either charged in full or negotiated with the buyer.

I ship to my US clients through USPS services as long as the value of the item does not exceed $200. For items that sell for over $200.00, I must ship to my U.S. clients using Canada Post. This is due to restrictions outlined in the North American Free Trade Agreement, chapter 3.21.  I am located in Canada but I have a carrier service to bring my parcels directly across the border on either Tuesday or Wednesday to be shipped out of the USPS postal outlet in Champlain, N.Y. 

To my International clients I can ship by either Canada Post or by USPS (in order to use USPS for intl. clients, the items must sell for under $200.00).

Terms of Sale

We do not accept returns unless an item has been significantly not as described.  We describe very thoroughly, both with photos and text, but in the case that an item has been misrepresented, we will accept a return for full refund, including shipping costs.

International customers, please do not ask us to falsify customs documentation:
