Description
A rare 1969 French 1st Press Copy of Archie Shepp - Yasmina, A Black Woman Actuel Volume 4, released on the BYG Records label.
Degritter cleaned, the vinyl has retained a beautiful glossy sheen, with only a couple of faint scuffs visible. Clean labels and spindle holes - we have graded EX.
Playback reveals a clean and clear sound with vibrancy, depth and detail - this is an excellent pressing. The vinyl plays through beautifully with no issues whatsoever.
The gatefold sleeve is sturdy with no splits. The usual corner rubbing and some foxing/light soiling to the top seam area, light shelfwear to the bottom seam middle, plus general handling marks. No writing, splits, stains, tape or tears.
The original paper inner sleeve is present, however we have decanted the record into a new poly lined inner sleeve to keep it pristine after cleaning.
We have taken lots of photos in good natural daylight so you can see exactly what you are buying. Please take a moment to look at the photos as they form part of the description. We are pleased to answer any questions you may have.
