DISC IS NEAR MINT. THERE ARE ONLY TWO FAINT MARKS ON ONE SIDE THAT DON'T SOUND. LIKE SOME OTHER LPS I AM NOW SELLING IT CAME FROM AN ESTATE IN WHICH THE ORIGINAL OWNER TOOK EXCELLENT CARE OF HIS RECORDS. HIS RELATIVES DID NOT. SO THE DISCS ARE NM BUT THE JACKETS SHOW WEAR FROM HAVING BEEN STORED CARELESSLY. PLEASE JUDGE THE JACKET CONDITION FOR YOURSELF.IT IS DISCOLORED ALONG ALL THE EDGES BUT THERE IS ONLY ONE TEAR 1 INCH ALONG UPPER LEFT EDGE.

 I generally do a visual inspection and only play grade if I see a need. It isn't a perfect system but it saves a lot of time. It is more effective for me to offer 100% right of return for any reason than to play grade every record. The time I save allows me to sell LPs for less. I even will pay return shipping if you feel I misrepresented anything EVEN IF UNINTENTIONAL. I have had only a couple returns over the years since I grade conservatively.
