Description

From Johnny D.'s popular "Arizona Records for Sale" box we present another cool 78 for your consideration.  You are bidding on a early (1951) Bop/Country 78 rpm record by JIMMIE DAWSON titled "Flat-Top" b/w "Here Today-Gone Tomorrow" on the  Playboy label #346.  This disc might have been a custom press as the address on the record label, 708 E. Garfield, was the home of the Western Jubilee square dance label.  There is a You Tube clip of "Flat-Top" out there if you haven't heard this one.  Vinyl / labels are visually VG+ (+), with some inaudible surface scuffs and lots of shine in the groove.  Cleaned by a Klaudio Ultrasonic record cleaner.  A good copy that plays clean!  Comes with vintage, thick paper green sleeve.  See scans.  My 78's are packed between cardboard, inside a 12 x 12 x 4 box, with lots of packing material.
