From the world's number one source for rare and hard to find Arizona vinyl comes another nice piece of Arizona audio history....very, very obscure soul group here....GLENISE & STATURES performing the funky "Oh Pretty Baby" (lets give the drummer some!!) and on the flip a beautiful ballad titled "If I Should Fall." On the private Emerson imprint #ARA 72968. Both songs are originals written by the group of two guys and a gal. Emerson Bilton, one of the original Tads, is featured here. Produced by the group at Audio Recorders Of Arizona on 7/29/68. This is the first, and only, original pressing. Vinyl is OK VG, with play, many superficial surface scuffs and scratches, but with plenty of shine left in the groove. Unfortunately there are two hairline 3/4" cracks from the outer edge that meet, like a "V" visable on both sides. Plays through fine with just 4 clicks on the ballad side. (You can hear for yourself on the clip) Labels are VG, with some wear and a few nicks off the labels. See Scan. Normally I don't sell records in this condition on eBay, but this is the first time in 12 years that I have copy to sell and this one is not in any Price Guide, not listed on Popsike. Very obscure, and NO RESERVE. I will pack this beauty with extra TLC in a box. This is a 45 rpm record. Look for more Arizona records right here...coming soon.
