Using the Goldmine grading system:
Vinyl: VG+ (EXC) Cover: VG+ 
Vinyl: Superficial scuff marks. Nothing that can be felt with a nail. Full gloss both sides.
Cover: No splits, no ring wear or writing. A small sticker on the back. Some fraying of spine, but the print is all intact. Please have a look at the pictures I have posted, showing the actual LP on offer in this listing.
I have play-tested this LP in full (on a well adjusted Thorens TD124) and IMO it plays very well, with no clicks or pops and almost no background noise whatsoever, even in quiet passages - a highly enjoyable listen.

The "fraying" of the spine turned out to be a seam split in the middle of the spine.

The split is located to one side, so it didn't look like a traditional seam split...nevertheless, there it is, approx. 6cm.  Please have a look at the pictures, attached below:
