Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers ' At the Jazz Corner of The World vol.1 ' BLUE NOTE BLP 4015 (USA) mono - 47W 63rd with deep groove on both sides - no 'R' on labels - on dead wax both sides has printed 'RVG' for Rudy Van Gelder and have the 'ear' - comes with the Blue Note inner sleeve
Lee Morgan : trumpet - Hank Mobley : tenor sax - Bobby Timmons : piano - Jymie Merritt : bass - Art Blakey : drums Side 1 : Hipsippy blues (Mobley) - Justice (Monk) - Theme Side 2 : Close your eyes (Petkere) - Just coolib' (Mobley)
Visual grading : record is VG+ (side 1) to EX- (side 2) only because vinyl is lightly discolored in few parts, more evident on side 1, probably due to the impressions of a plastic inner sleeve but still much lustre. Has few light unfeelable surface marks and 1 small light scratch on 1st track of side 2.
Playing grading : record plays VG+ with powerful and clear sound but has some background noise on the quieter parts
Cover grading : cover is EX- has light wear to corners, very light rubbing on back and a very small pen's signs on few titles on back
