This is a 1963 pressing in mono of Art Blakey Meet You At The Jazz Corner of the World, Blue Note Volume 1, BLP 4054. You can see on the spine where the jacket was printed in "stereo" but stamped over/ blocked out and the stamp has partially worn off, stereo is not printed on the cover where it would be otherwise, at the top or anywhere else on the jacket or record. 
The record is in Good+ condition, it has many hairline scratches and looks like its been very well played in it's 60+ years, but it still sounds good- despite surface noise and lots of pops, it doesnt skip. I'm giving the jacket a Very Good+, but I think a lot of less discriminating people would rate it Excellent. The corners are all intact but the paste-up on the back of the jacket was applied unevenly at the time of manufacturing, which caused creases in the paper, which isnt uncommon on some old records like this. Its still in beautiful condition, laminated on front and printed on very thick cardboard, theres no deterioration on the spine or the sides. Has original Blue note catalogue paper vinyl sleeve

This record bears all the hallmarks listed on discogs . com for the 1963 pressing. The only difference I can see from this record and the 1961 mono pressing are the deep grooves. The year is not printed anywhere on the vinyl or the jacket:
This mono US issue has:
- blue and white labels NON DEEP GROOVE. with 47 West 63rd address with INC and (R) for registration mark under the E in Note
- RVG stamped and etched "ear" for Plastylite symbol in the run-out groove
- front laminated jacket with no address on back

NB: Note that the deep groove version (on both sides) of BLP 4054 is a rarity since it falls into the transition time deep groove to non-deep groove label at Blue Note (according to Fred Cohen " A guide for Identifying Original Pressings" page 94).
