Original pressing with 47 West 63rd street adress on back of sleeve RVG Stamped in dead wax Matrix scratched BN- Lp 4090 A/B Blue Note Inc .New York USA on both sides of label
This is in near Mint condition beautifull copy sounds amazing on my stereo!!!
Test played it perfect quality don't think you can find a better copy 
Sleeve is in near mint condition very clean without writing or anything a small square sticker on the back
Labels are very clean no spindle marks!
All in All a perfect copy This is just about 50(!!!) years old
