Description
Unusually well preserved 1960 mono first pressing of Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers' At The Jazz Corner Of The World Vol. 2. This is the true first pressing with the Plastylite plant "ear" etched in the dead wax, along with machine-stamped RVG (Rudy Van Gelder), blue/white deep groove labels with 47 West 63rd - NYC address (no "®" trademark), jacket laminated on the front and no address printed on the back. The vinyl is VG+ with a few very light surface marks that do not affect play. The cover is also VG+, with a touch of shelf wear on the non-laminated back. See pics above.
