The cover is VG+ with some denting at the corners and some scuffing on the back..  The  record is M-. No OBI, but the insert card is included.

  I grade visually using the Goldmine grading code whixch is M, M-, VG++ (or EX), VG+, VG, G, F, P. The highest grade I use is M-.  I spot play any potential problem areas and try to grade conservatively. You will be satisfied and no hassles.
