Blue label with deep groove both sides. "729 Seventh Avenue, New York 19, New York " address on back cover.
The record looks and plays VG+ to VG++. Some spindle marks on both sides. A small, app 1/4 inch light scratch, on Side 1 Track 2, causes 3 ticks audible, but well below the level of the music. A small light scratch on Side 2 Track 3 causes some very light ticking for app 30 seconds.
The cover is VG++.
The front cover is bright and shiny with light wear and hint of ring wear at bottom. The back cover has light to moderate wear and small writing at top near the spine. No split seams. Spine intact and readable. Spots of wear and denting at the corners.
