Description

This is New Jazz Records NJLP 8289,Art Farmer Evening In Casablanca a purple, Bergenfield NJ label mono issue of this great record with Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax. The record is in near mint condition, showing almost no signs of wear and playing quietly throughout. There is some light hiss from the pressing audible in the dead wax, but the music plays quietly. The cover is excellent and intact. The labels are excellent and show no spindle marks, but there is a small loss on the first side. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is an excellent, collector's grade copy of this classic mono New Jazz issue. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple orders.
