Over the next few weeks I will be listing some wonderful Jazz titles from a recently acquired Jazz collection. The original owner passed away back in 1985 and his sister decided to hold onto them for sentimental reasons. She had not touched or played them since then (1985!!). The records are in stunning condition for their age many, apart from a few light age spots on the covers, look like they walked off the shelf yesterday. I hope you enjoy viewing and possibly purchasing these wonderful jazz vinyl artifacts as much as i have in preparing them for sale and listening to them!!

A seminal alto saxophonist who overcame severe drug addiction to become a leading figure in bop and cool jazz. Features Art Pepper - Alto sax, Russ Freeman - Piano, Marty Paich - Piano, Ben Tucker - Bass, Buddy Clark - Bass, Gary Former - Drums, Frank Capp - Drums.

Tracks: Melancholy Madelaine/ You and the night and the music/ Abstract art/ Over the rainbow/ Sidewinder/ Besame mucho/ Surrender dear/ Diane/ Pepper pot.

There are some light spindle marks on labels. Record has some light scuff marks that cause some light crackles in parts most noticeable at start of side one and is in Excellent condition. Glosss cover with back flaps has some light marks, some light age spots and light ring wear on back also a few tiny tears along spine. Cover is in VG++ condition.
