The cover is VG++ with light denting at bottom of spine and about a 1 inch crinkle on back at bottom near the pocket. Still glossy and bright. There's a factory sticker on back which lists this record as #5077 of a limited edition.  The record looks and plays M-, super quiet and clean.

I grade visually using the Goldmine grading code which is M, M-, VG++ (or EX), VG+, VG, G, F, P. The highest grade I use is M-. I spot play any potential problem areas and try to grade conservatively. You will be satisfied and no hassles.
