Description
A very nice copy of this iconic Island album by Art, who later became Spooky Tooth - and whose members eventually went on to become heralds of early British progressive rock in other groups. Been in my collection thirty years or more, rarely played.
The album plays very well for its age considering it's almost 60 years old. Very clean shiny surfaces on the record with no grease or finger marks, etc. has some slight surface marks, but any surface noise is minimal and the rich mono sound from one of the first ever english Avant-garde rock groups can still be heard, er, really well across time and space!
The cover displays nicely on the record shelf. If you want an emblem of the nascent sixties progressive music scene, this record is it. A real piece of sixties popular music and design, and so very rare!
