Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup – Mean ole Frisco – Vinyl LP album from 1970.
1970 UK pressing on Blue Horizon Records.
No buy it now's or offers accepted. Auction only.
Vinyl Condition: VG (Record has some light surface marks and light sleeve lines but is in good conditiona and plays very well with nice sound. The odd click and pop in places but no sticks or jumps. Really good album).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Inner sleeve is a replacement as the original was damaged).
Outer Sleeve Condition: Fair (Sleeve has heavy creases at the top and has been a bit crushed at some point which is a shame. Top right corner has a small sticker removal surface tear. Apart from the damage to the top of the sleeve it is in pretty decent shame but is only graded is fair as heavy deep creasing to the top. Please see pictures).
I grade my records as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
