Description
This is a scarce 1952 Arthur Fiedler 45 ep record with cover art by Andy Warhol titled "Latin Rhythms". This is on the RCA Victor record label #ERA-25. In the deadwax area is stamped 1S on one side and 2S on the other. We bought out an old store in the 1980's and this ep came from this buy. The man had a shop in the 50's and 60's and had closed it up and stored the stock in his basement. All the ep's had plastic covers that kept this cover in excellent condition. This has been unplayed and unhandled since the 50's. This is one of Warhols earlier works. Condition of the record is mint minus with clean labels. The cover is also mint minus with some darkening to the upper left corner area on the back cover. There is a small price written in the same area. It was $1.58 in pencil. There are no cut out holes, tears, splits or stickers. The corners are excellent and the opening edge is sharp. It would be hard to find one in better shape than this one.
