This 4 song EP is supposedly only representative of their faster material. Their slower stuff, coined "dreadcore" as a hybrid of hardcore and reggae, of what I've heard of it, is super. A super inventive vein that they should mine thoroughly. As for this record, another breath of fresh air in the hardcore mold. Fast, but no overly so; tuneful, but not popish. A really solid guitar-bass-drum attack anchors these highly intelligent blasts by a new Chicago band arising out of the ashes of Direct Drive. The singing is gravelly as hell, the music fast yet tight, and the songs infectious. A sure winner.

This is a great follow up to AOF's songs on Charred Remains. Although the music itself is somewhat familiar HC, it is the way it is played that makes these songs so good. The two guitars sound really good, esp. during "Everyday"'s melodic intro and during the break in "What We Want Is Free". Other songs are "Bad Attitude" and "My Father's Dreams." Intelligent lyrics with a good attitude. I recommend--definitely

You know this record, this amazing ahead of their time Band. Get this, or your collection, your music enthusiasm, your fanaticism is moot! Bondi and the boys were the real deal! Record is NM cover is Excellent! with lyric sheet. Red cover version.
