Description
The entire item is in excellent condition. The LP is in Excellent condition, probably Excellent+ to NM+ truth be told. The cover is excellent order as is the inner sleeve - we do like to graded our items harshly. This is on their original label; NEAT Records. The LP has been graded as Excellent, this is learning more on the excellent+ to even NM- condition; the cover and inner sleeve are excellent to excellent+. The cover has minor ageing and storage wear marks/very storage creases (please refer to images) and minor is the word. It does have minor LP pressing to it. Nevertheless it is in excellent order - no exaggeration. It has ZERO splits, frays, fades or creases; (outside of what is already mentioned). Its spines are wonderfully intact.
Well wishes to whoever picks this up as this was once a very well loved and treasured item.
Postage: I have a full time job and do eBay casually so please be patient, the item will be posted as soon as I possibly can and I will make this a priority.
I cannot take responsibility for postage damage or postage loss, you will have to take that up with Australia post, I will however do all I can to assist if I can should that should happen.
Pickups: So sorry, I do not offer pickup on any items so please don't ask.

I do not refund because you buy a second hand item and expect a new one I do not refund because you do not know how to use or operate this item I do not pay return postage if I accept an item back unless I authorise it
