Legendary Duisburg or better Ruhr area Pogo-Punk outfit with their "Live in Essen 1981" tape, recorded on July 4th 1981 in Essen.
This was released only in Germany and is an official tape - just check out this tape on Discogs, if you don't believe me: https://www.discogs.com/de/Artless-Live-Essen-4781/release/7521893
This copy looks different to the one on Discogs, because this one have real labels on the two sides of the tape, so maybe a 2nd pressing, but definitely from the 80's!
