"At Home With Screamin' Jay Hawkins." ORIGINAL VINYL LP from 1958. Issued on Epic LN 3448. Yellow label. Disc condition is EX+ to NM. Extremely clean with no scratches or apparent wear. Plays with virtually no surface noise. Jacket is VG to VG+. No split seams but some corner fraying and ring wear on cover. No markings or stickers. If you're familiar with Jay's hit version of "I Put a Spell on You," you've got to hear what he does with the rest of the songs on this bizarre LP. Screams, shrieks, grunts, and all kinds of crazy noises on such classics as "Ol' Man River," "Deep Purple," and "I Love Paris." One-of-a-kind pop lunacy.
