Description
Released by Atlantic in 1966, cat # 584053; this is “Slipping Around” / “Can’t Get You Out Of My Mind” by Art Freeman.
The release date of the 4 November 1966 is stamped onto the A-side label in black ink. The labels are otherwise unmarked with very little evidence of wear. The spindle hole needed gentle widening before playing – a clear sign of a barely-played record. There is a tiny surface mark on the A-side, but it is entirely superficial and does not affect play. The record grades as excellent and comes in a plain white sleeve.
This is the FINAL Atlantic list, with some TOP Atlantic rarities! All of these singles come from the same special source – an original 60’s Top Rank DJ who started in the ballrooms and progressed to radio and record production in the 1970’s.
