new customers PLEASE READ what/how I sell

The items I sell range in condition from brand new, shelf pulls , store returns, and personally used items that are deemed satisfactory to be re-homed. Some boxes may be damaged and/or missing paperwork. I do test the items I sell for functionality.  I do offer a 14 day return policy (see below). If an item is sealed in a package from the manufacturer it is listed as new.  If you are not sure if something is included in the auction please ask, don't assume it is or isn't. I do my best to describe what I see accurately but If I miss something, I am only human... We can do a fast return and move on. You can see from my feedback I don't list items that are known to be defective.

 SHIPPING:

When purchasing more than 1 item I will combine shipping.  If you are having trouble paying for multiple items in a cart, please message me/request invoice before paying in order to take advantage of the combined shipping discount.

Shipping is calculated by the Ebay actual cost calculator when charging shipping fees.  When listing an item I enter the dimensions and weight of the packaged item and choose the most economical/efficient shipping method.  Unlike other sellers, I do not aim to profit off of shipping.  I do not charge handling/packing fees.

All packages are shipped USPS unless otherwise stated in listing, 99.9% of all my shipments are sent within 24 hours of payment. I do shipping Monday-Saturday.  If there is an exception, I will communicate that through email/messages. Delivery can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on where you live. 

Tracking information can be found in the item details page after purchase and Ebay will email you the number once I print the label.  

I only shipped to the confirmed address you have in ebay and paypal.

I encourage you to ask any questions you may have, please don't assume anything.  I will respond to emails/messages in a timely manner.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/ISSUES

I encourage returns/refunds if you can prove that an item is not what was described in the listing... no questions asked.  I may consider a refund if you just don't want the item, if this is the case, buyer pays return shipping and item must be in same exact condition as it was received.  If the item is damaged in shipping I will open a claim with USPS. 

If you feel the item is not as described Please contact me before leaving negative/neutral feedback or opening a case with ebay. I can possibly send you parts or we can do an exchange or return for a full refund. I always make sure the buyer is taken care of and opening a case I find rather harsh. Simply click "contact seller", select "returns" and send me a message.  Customer service is my top priority.  If you are not satisfied with a transaction, I will make it right within reason and in a timely manner.
