This album is part of an estate find, I am definitely not an expert, so I'm commenting the best I can on what I observe (Grading is by sight only). The gatefold cover is in pretty good condition overall with some light wear to the bottom edges from storage standing up in a crate and some scuffs to the front finish along the "In Hearing Of" words. Otherwise, it's really nice. The spine is still intact and perfectly readable. The labels are nice and aside from a little storage dust, the record is also very nice with no scratches noted. Photos are of actual item. Please feel free to email with any questions.
