Atoms for Peace AMOK box set. 9 12" records w/ silk-screened covers and etched B-side. Very rare handmade box set. Only 400 in existence. They were only made available at the Atom's For Peace pop up store in Camden Town, London and quickly sold out. Each of the records 9 tracks is pressed onto its own 12" record in comes housed in its own silk-screened jacket.

Bear with me for an explanation of the cut on the back of the box. Please note the photos. The first photo is just for display purposes and shows the contents of the box. The second photo is of the set you will actually be receiving. Please note (third photo) that the back of the box has been cut open with a box cutter. The retailer I purchased this from did this as they thought the outer box was some kind of shipping box, and not the actual item. However, to open the box and play the records you must either cut the box as has been done here, or pull the strip on back. On my personal copy of this I pulled the strip and it made a mess of the box. You can see where the retailer started to use the pull strip then gave up. The reason for this is that the strip is actually heavily glued and is very difficult to pull across and cleanly open the box, so the cut on this one actually looks better than my personal box that I opened with the pull strip.

This is a new item, and the records have never been removed or played.

So...if you just wanted to collect this and never open the box this would not be the copy for you. If you want one with a nice clean cut so you can actually take out the records and play them, this would be a nice copy.

Shipping is free within the US. I will ship out of country, but please note this box is very heavy (5 lbs, 6 oz) and can only be shipped Priority International, so this may not be the best way to purchase this box for non-US buyers.
